Tired of using century-old construction formats, a group of construction professionals decided to get together and redefine the construction industry in the way it is administered and performed. With over a decade of planning, research, and development, MAGELLAN CONSTRUCTION was established to fulfill that vision. As the firm’s name suggests, we are dedicated to being pioneers and trend setters, leading the construction industry into the future with foresight and integrity. Just remember our claim and promise, our strategy is the future of construction.

A Brief History Of Time

Founded exactly 500 years after Ferdinand Magellan embarked on the first pioneering voyage across the world, MAGELLAN CONSTRUCTION was established to provide a new type of construction service to those in search of quality, transparency, and value. We do so competently and with ease of communication as we feel they are intrinsic parts of quality of service and of intangible value. Much like the Magellan Strait, so named after its first navigator, we also strive to bridge the two largest oceans of greatest impact in a construction project: Time and Cost.

Equipped with passion, motivation, technology, and most importantly ethics, our mission is to be a true asset to clients looking for a trustworthy builder who has their interests in mind. Reminiscent of the historical accounts Magellan inspired, we envision that our corporate philosophy matched with desire will, in retrospect, be our legacy.

Our team is composed of over 147 years of combined industry experience ranging from Business Administration, Health and Safety, Site Supervision, Project Management and Coordination, Estimating and Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources. With a median age of 43 years, our team is young enough to be progressive, yet sufficiently experienced to provide unparalleled quality of service and expertise. Our team of professionals is our insight of the construction industry as well as our direction for what lies ahead.
